Roseneath Retirement Villas offer independent living in the lifestyle village. The village is family run with every effort made to be as flexible as possible to cater for residents' individual needs.

Roseneath offers two bedroom villas, with a choice of stand alone, semi-detached and link detached villas. All villas come with internal access garages and have access to 24 hour on call assistance at the push of a button. Trained staff are on hand just next door in the Roseneath rest home and hospital.

The villas are very spacious. It is a small community so we all know each other.

The management don't seem to have much time or interest in the village or we people who live here.

We used to have a monthly meeting to have a chat and air any problems etc. We very rarely have any such contact now. When I first moved here we had a young lady who would call in to say hello and check we were ok. Not since the change of ownership. She would also arrange a FishnChip evening occasionally - not now. We used to have a garden 15 hours weekly. We now have 5 hours per week to cover our garden and the Rest Home grounds.
