Pros

THIS VILLAGE IS JUST THE RIGHT SIZE - NOT TOO BIG AND NOT TOO SMALL. EVERYONE I HAVE MET ARE FRIENDLY, INTERESTING, KIND AND HELPFUL. THE MANAGERS, LISA AND ADRIAN DO A GREAT JOB AND ARE ALWAYS OBLIGING. WE HAVE A FANTASTIC SOCIAL COMMITTEE AND LOTS OF ACTIVITIES AND SOCIAL OCCASIONS ARE FUN. THE WALK FROM OUR PLACE IS ONLY ABOUT FIVE MINUTES FROM THE BETHLEHEM SHOPPING CENTRE WHERE YOU CAN BUY ALMOST ANYTHING YOU WANT AND A BUS INTO TOWN IS JUST ABOUT ON OUR DOORSTEP.

Pros

A beautiful well kept lifestyle village with great residents. Whilst it does not have care facilities if you need to shift you will get all the capital gain when selling which gives you more choice as to where you go. Kempton Park is situated next door to the Bethlehem Shopping Centre - a tremendous bonus.
