Welcome to Seniors New Zealand! By using our website (seniorsnewzealand.co.nz) and any of our associated sites, you’re agreeing to these simple terms. Please take a moment to read them.

 

1. Who We Are

We’re Seniors New Zealand Ltd, a New Zealand company helping connect Kiwis 55+ with trusted retirement villages, aged care, community groups, services and events.

 

2. Using Our Website

• You must be 18 or older to post or review.

• You agree to use the site respectfully and honestly.

• You can browse freely. Some features (like writing reviews or managing listings) require you to create an account.

 

3. Your Account

• Keep your password safe.

• Don’t pretend to be someone else or post fake information.

• Let us know if your account has been misused.

 

4. Your Reviews and Content

• You’re responsible for what you write. Keep it honest, kind, and legal.

• Once you post a review, others can see and use it.

• We might share or reuse your reviews to promote the site.

• We can remove reviews that break our rules or are no longer relevant.

 

5. What’s Not Allowed

Please don’t:

• Post anything false, offensive, or unlawful

• Promote other businesses without permission

• Try to hack or misuse the site

• Collect personal info about others

• Use our content or logo without asking

 

6. Ads and Upgrades

• Some businesses pay to advertise or upgrade their listings.

• Special offers may apply to new upgrades only.

• You can cancel paid plans anytime – just give us 5 days’ written notice.

• We offer refunds within 3 working days of purchase, if requested in writing.

 

7. Privacy

8. Competitions

• If you leave a review, you might be entered into a prize draw.

• Winners will be contacted, and should we announce, this would be by first name only.

• Our decision is final.

 

9. Ending Your User account

• You can close your account anytime if your a reviewer. All businesses listed please contact us. 

• We may also close or restrict access if we believe our terms are being misused.
