We can't make some decisions ourselves. Uncomfortable not having title to house.

Friendly, great facility.

Cons

What necessary agreed improvements (management have quotes that were sanctioned to provide warm inside and easy the wind problems outside.) We add the value ourselves for future residents and get no financial recognition.

Push on to complete the full care facility or once again people will be sick enough and they go elsewhere, not what was promised at the sell.
