Cons

Activities boring and repetitive. Staff too busy and rushed. No activities in weekends. It's a boring sterile place

Everyday is a weekend to retired people. Need activities in the weekends. Let residents help out and be involved so they feel wanted and needed. More appropriate activities with sensory valur
