It was sad to leave home, garden and neighbors.

Very handy to everything in town. Well appointed, roomy Villas. Low maintenance = Well maintained....Read more

Very handy to everything in town. Well appointed, roomy Villas. Low maintenance = Well maintained.

Cons

Repayment not until unit is sold - Maintenance fees apply until then. No facilities. Maintenance fees quite high compared with other RV's with a lot of facilities.

Suggestions to Management or General Comment

We need a meeting place here. Exit maintenance fees need to stop when unit vacated. Payment of unit needs to be withing 3 months of vacation.

Can't think of any.

Keep up the good work. I moved here 11 years ago, very willingly but also apprehensive. My fears were ungrounded as a lovely unit, and very friendly residents and town. Was huge move in all ways, after 35 years in one place, being widowed etc.

1 level, roomy, fairly new. Very handy to town and facilities....Read more

1 level, roomy, fairly new. Very handy to town and facilities.

Cons

LTO = NO capital gain. Needs more gardening / maintenance. High electricity charges and gas heated ducted underfloor heating is expensive.

Suggestions to Management or General Comment

Solar power. Need for serviced apartments as many very frail people in the village and many more in the community need it. This would free up houses in town and villas. Vital link.

Have a very trusted neighbour, kind of on the outskirts of Village our two villas are, but lots of communication, gardens kept in simple and very tidy condition.
