Recent manager sadly missed. Courtesy and respect from some staff not the best. Other staff - impeccable. Request for maintenance submitted 1/6/21. Still waiting on 20/6/21.

Monthly bulletins appreciated. More frequent gardening would be good. During lockdown basic foodstuffs sold from our kitchen were brilliant.

Size of village allows strong community spirit. Friendly atmosphere inside and out - Staff & residents. Location. Short walk to shopping centre/supermarket. Professional services. Entertainment, restaurants

Cons

Nothing major- but would like to see change to rubbish collection & recycling. Another activity room or centre and a new purpose built gym with safe new equipment.

Stop using resource management as an excuse for not dealing with H & S issues which impact on life of less mobile. ie small ramps to cover back steps for walkers or an extra paver to reduce height of step up to enter doorway. Step up or down to patio too high for many. needs 2 steps.
