Service delays due to staff changes. Head office interested in mainly new residents, not looking after residents concerns.

Great location. Close to transport and supermarket.

Cons

Management does not value resident's opinion when designing refurbishments or amenities. There does not appear to be any older people advising management in administration matters.

Appoint a resident (preferred by a residents committee) to advise management in any matter which affects residents. This would ensure residents' interests are considered when making policy or amenities changes.
