Indian staff difficult to understand. My recommendation to the manager and clinal manager would be show some respect to the owners of the village they pay your salary

Built to catch the sun. Garage attached. Pets allowed. Getting help when needed with garden, transport and having companionship when needed. Lots of space and storage. Having a decent bit of garden. Freedom to go when and where we like!

Cons

Very village like atmosphere- clickiness. Big negative is lack of a bus service close enough. Exhausting climb uphill to library. Help with shopping only one day a week to carless . Speed up our COVID injections.

Villagers ought to be given voting papers that will be taken into consideration before big issues are decided upon. Nit a show of hands and a lot of yelling! Village residents are not asked their opinion.

Lovely house-villa. Lots of gardens around the villa.

Cons

Comes in to your villa without permission. Loud carillon twice a day. Run by village trustees with no experience in running a retirement village.

Run on social side by Dutch. 38 years of doing it their way. Not always welcoming to 'English'.
