Well maintained, maintenance staff are very obliging. Close to mall, library, Pak n Save, and lovely parks

Cons

Being told by manager that hanging clean washing on two lines put up by staff ten years ago, now must not happen. During COVID we were treated like 4 year olds. This did not go down well with many residents. Most activities are involved with drinking or sports. A more balanced entertainment would be much more agreeable.

Management are there to run the place, not to boss paying residents.

Friendly village, both residents and staff. Convenient to Pak n Save, Library, local mall. Aquatic centre and lovely parks.

Cons

Nothing negative, but as with most retirement villages you don't get a capital gain, and lose 30% of what you paid for your apartment. Lifestyle is worth this.

Very convenient to supermarket, library, transport etc. Friendly staff and residents

Cons

Committee speaks for all residents instead of having a referendum. Decisions are made by small minority. Not good practice.

Do something about upgrading long term resident's apartments. Very shabby after many years wear and tear.

Carpark to far from the apartment. Some car park not safe to be drive in.
