Well designed apartment, and we especially love the enclosable balcony. It’s a great spot for having a cuppa even on windy days. The location is great too, close to transport and essential services and an enjoyable walk up the mountain.

The location, in Mt Albert, is great. It takes only five minutes to walk to the dentist, doctor, pharmacy and optometrist and there are several good cafes nearby. We are very happy with our lovely apartment and really enjoy not having to think about maintenance of house and garden and feel very secure here. Lovely views too.

Cons

Only Stage 1 has been completed at this time so there are too few residents to warrant having the kitchen and espresso machine up and running but this situation is likely to change in the very near future.

I never thought Id be living in a retirement village but for various reasons it seemed the right thing to do. Were very glad we chose Everil Orr when deciding to move from Wellington to Auckland and although we didnt see the apartment until the day we moved in were very happy residents.
