Have no complaints except storage of cars could be improved - very dusty area for cars to be parked in. Only 2 sides covered in.

Security - gates close at night. Medical - runs on duty 24/7 Choices - restaurant, travel, entertainment.

Cons

Only one - everyone is your family, so you know when someone is ill and mourn everyone (a lot) will die. No hospital.
