Great location. Views are breath taking

Cons

Outer buildings closed down by council. Currently under demolition programme. Main building has maitence issues and can be very inconvenient.

Suggestions to Management or General Comment

Fix the ongoing water ingress issues in main building by engaging a proffesional Maintainence company, instead of employing cheap band-aiding contacters who do not identify core issues.

"Extremely Happy"

Pros

Very caring staff and management team! Genuine empathy , helpful, courteous and NOTHING was too much trouble Management were very attentive and always available to discuss any issues . Extremely helpful with moving me in, and letting me move in earlier before full settlement. Very full social programme Very low staff turn over and wonderful fine dining Magnificent views!! I wouldn't want to live anywhere else!

Cons

My husband is no longer here to enjoy with me. He would have loved Eastcliffe just as much as I do.

Beautiful aspects and lovely residents..most of the staff are caring and kind....Read more

Beautiful aspects and lovely residents..most of the staff are caring and kind.

Cons

Management lacks genuine compassion and is often unavailable or unaproachable when either residents or families need some face to face interaction. Staff numbers have been dropping steadily over the last couple of years.

Perhaps it's time for the long standing Manager to retire.
