A well-designed, spacious, flat village. A modern comfortable villa. Good, supportive friends living nearby.

Cons

Uncomfortable, juddery, uneven roads when I go for a walk with my walker. Limitations of my movements mean I need assistance with physical tasks e.g. gardening, hanging washing, lifting etc

Suggestions to Management or General Comment

The Exit provisions and the alterations to the Code of Practice and the use of plain language in legal documents all need to be looked at and reviewed as detailed in the Retirement Village Residents' Assn petition and white paper.
