Safe and secure village for independent over-60s with help available if required. A friendly village atmosphere with weekly activities such as yoga, shopping trips, knit and natter. Also the added security of a large resthome, hospital and dementia unit if they are needed in the future.

Cons

Communication could be improved with better systems, eg a review of outstanding jobs so they don't get forgotten about
