The serviced apartment our Mum moved into is lovely - very light and spacious, freshly renovated with stylish decor, and a lovely outlook into the garden. She was encouraged to really make the place her own, including bringing her garden pots and furniture into the garden. The care by staff at Glenbrae as Mums health failed was attentive, professional, loving and gentle. We cannot praise them and thank them enough.

Cons

Any small negatives are not relevant by comarison to the positives and the management at Glenbrae are actively working to improve in all areas of the facility. Their efforts are visible and significant.

Do keep working on the efforts you are making with the facilities and the food. Your staff are fantastic - keep valuing them!

Cons

Lacks a permanent 'Almoner' - i.e someone just checking in to see how we are. Speed restriction not enforced - needs judder bars.

There used to be someone visiting, but now it appears to have stopped. Would love it if someone even checked up once a week.

I enjoy living here. I made friends early on and now know and join in as much as possible. The staff are friendly and helpful. Great to have an onsite motel for guests....Read more

Cons

It takes a while to get repairs done - the village is very large spread over a large area and only 1 part time handiman.
