Nothing to really complain about! Except the R.T.O. agreement which applies to all residents but [I believe] (eds.)doesn't benefit us always!

A secure residence. A great summer residences, but freezing in winter. Need double glazing at least. Was never connected for heatpump in early days.

Cons

I feel not much caring by management. I have been used to friendly & interested connection to management (not mainly staff). I don't think manager would even know my name.

Suggestions to Management or General Comment

The 30% loss of money on leaving - death or whatever - to be reviewed. It is far to much especially on todays property values - RIP off. For me not the same happy place it once was (14 years resident) I feel not the family atmosphere it once was or a kind connection & feeling safe overall.
