Great facilities and villas. Once they get your money there is [in my opinion] less care / concern. They have recently instigated for charges of everyday services in villas which would be part of the deal in other retirement villages. This is a life style village and patently different.

Ambience has changed since.there is a list of costs inside villas which were previously paid for and offered to residents on entry. Pay to change light bulb,, move furniture assistance, Lisst provided of who now pays for what. Different from original expectations

The village has lost some ambienience since new rules to home assistance apply. In anormal retirement village this assistance would be part of the service. . Is this because a life style village does not have ro care tor its residents in the same intimate way.?
