Wooden parts of villas need painting. The grounds need better maintenance.

Comfortable, well equipped apartment. Good neighbours.

Cons

In terms of financial fairness things seem to be heavily weighted towards the Foundation. Also settlement after one moves on (either by death or otherwise) seems to take a very long time.

Some management issues, now largely resolved - but continuing co-operation always essential.

Essential to keep working positively with the Independent Residents Association (As I moved only 2km I have, so far, continued with all my previous/existing activities and connections.

The 27% of purchase price they keep after you depart is legal extortion! The family should be paid out as soon as you vacate. No waiting.
