[In my opinion] Toxic, hostile social environment. Lots of division and hostility caused by management. Very poor roadind, footpaths resulting in residents’s falls, sometimes with serious injuries

[In my opinion] Management should stop deliberately causing conflict, running down and lying about any residents who are prepared to stand up to management. All residents have a right to be treated with integrity and this has not been happening. Professionalism is notably lacking.
