Can always find a niggle. If I had one it is limited menu.

Access to ongoing help but not at extra cost such as expensive assisted living suites. [In my opinion] they are not necessary.

Great location, nice apartments.

Cons

I am very disappointed with this village. Garden here is relatively small and not well maintained. There is a lack of easily accessible places to walk outdoors. Management is unreliable and communication poor. Absence of staff after hours and on weekends. The reality of living here is very different from how sales and management described it before purchase. There is a sense that management are 'mean' and not in tune with residents.

I would like management to hear all of my comments. Residents are asked to complete an annual survey which covers similar items as this review, however the levels of satisfaction as reported by residents are not disclosed to residents, and few of the complaints are resolved. Thank you for not displaying my name.

Cons

Lounge and dining room walk through (draughts)? Very high ceilings; heating poor. Cahirs new but not comfortable.

Cons

A need for lights on in main area, as apartment is quite dark in the winter. Don't have many outings.

Would like to see a group formed to do chair exercises or similar to 9 am programme on Saturday morning on TV1 during Covid 19 would suit more inactive people.

staff far too run off their feet. Not personable or homely. Lots and lots if mishaps, but heres one small example - My father fell halfway out of his bed and was stuck as he is crippled - he pushed the buzzer mumerous times and no one came until TWO hours later. Medication routines werent followed and sometimes missed. My dad still has all his mental faculties so he noticed this and always gave immediate feedback. I worry about the poor people who are too sick to notice.
