Camaraderie, Restaurant (though longer hours and open 7 days/week wanted). Having a residents' committee.

Cons

ORAs - need to share capital gains, and to terminate charges 60 days after exit - NOT resale. Very slow response to COVID 19 injections.

Get empty units refurbished and ready for residents sale much quicker. Open restaurant 7 days/week.

Cons

There is a problem with a lift breaking down , it needs to be replaced. I believe OSH needs to be involved to sort the mess out. The people in charge keep refusing to treat this with urgency, spending good money after bad- does not make sense.
