Cons

Lack of outdoor recreation space, no capital gain paid on exit, new spouses name not allowed on existing ORA.

Suggestions to Management or General Comment

Needs to be a fairer way to include spouses on ORA when widowed residents remarry. Allow automatic inclusion just once per resident.
