A friendly village with largely good facilities.

Cons

Management not consistent and very poor management with renervations and maintenance. Not enough staff. Too many mistakes made due to poor overseeing and too much time wasted making facilities unavailable for far too long.

Suggestions to Management or General Comment

Maintenance and construction management needs far more focus and overseeing to ensure contractors are working efficiently and more coordinated. Need more staff for maintenance.

Cons

[In my opinion]Exit conditions punitive. Repairs, replacement at residents expense. Toilets, vanities, light switches all sub-standard [in my opinion].

5 years ago I came here for ongoing care. Hoarding showing care facility. Sales person endorsed it. Misrepresentation.
