Cons

Another ORA required if moving to a care suite. Planned croquet lawn did not eventuate. Maintenance person often needs more knowledge & funding ( has poor attitude too) Painting refurb never done prior to ( or after) new occupancy of old unit. Entertainment is pretty average. No challenge
