Riverdale Retirement Village located in Mangawhare, Dargaville is a small village consisting of twelve 2 bedroom villas / Settler-type cottages, reflecting the "Early Settler" theme throughout the retirement village. Each are early Victorian-styled cottages, characterised by wide, wrap around porches and high-pitched gable roofs, incorporating finials into the design.
Warm in the winter, and cool in the summer, they have spacious loft areas to give you plenty of storage room. Each unit is different, with varying touches such as optional stained glass windows, drapes, carpet and kitchen units coloured to the residents request.
Each cottage also comes with its own private, fenced garden which you can maintain, or optionally arrange for the village to look after.
