Riverdale Retirement Village located in Mangawhare, Dargaville is a small village consisting of twelve two-bedroom villas (Settler-type cottages), reflecting the "Early Settler" theme throughout the retirement village. Each villa is an early Victorian-style cottage, characterised by wide, wrap-around porches and high-pitched gable roofs, incorporating finials into the design.
Each cottage also comes with its own private, fenced garden which you can maintain, or optionally arrange for the village to look after.
