Grounds are disgusting. Monies paid and expected to pay way over the top for what we get.

Consider changes re fees on exit - should be stopped immediately. Who pays rent for a home not lived in.

Due to no management rep on site on a daily basis for village residents there is a breakdown in communication leading to frustration and disapointment among residents.
