Lovely villas - Can own a dog. Good outlook - Lovely garden. Management great. Facilities excellent....Read more

Lovely villas - Can own a dog. Good outlook - Lovely garden. Management great. Facilities excellent.

Cons

No capital gain. The dog cannot be replaced when it dies - In spite of all research saying that owning a pet is good for mental health in elderly people.

That I obtain capital gain - when the unit (villa) is sold. That I can replace my dog should it die.
