Location, Location, Location. Medical Centre and Cafe on Boundary. Richmond Business District less than 500 metres. Current Manager Cares.

Cons

Aging infrastructure. Arvida Group not future proofing Village, their plans for new build and refurbishment, all not followed through. Arvida Group Company not to be trusted., poor CEO and Board quality Board.

Suggestions to Management or General Comment

Promises. Simply get the promised Village Centre and Care facility refurbishment to occur. and the location will sell itself. Promises and apologies for years re new builds and refurbishment do not cut it.

Cons

Very little. Its great strength of lots of Gardens, is perhaps its weakness, to much Gardening for Gardening team and Residents!

I also expected many more programmes to involve my relative, but it seemed a very much, "we have your money, now either amuse yourself or stay in your room" type approach. A very cliquey atmosphere.
