Very little. Its great strength of lots of Gardens, is perhaps its weakness, to much Gardening for Gardening team and Residents!

"Management issies"

Pros

the on-the-ground staff are wonderful, however things do fall down with the rather dictatorial attitude of the head nursing staff. Poor communication skills. I also expected many more programmes to involve my relative, but it seemed a very much, "we have your money, now either amuse yourself or stay in your room" type approach. A very cliquey atmosphere.
