Cons

Meal times could be more pleasant if duty staff were to encourage briefly moving to another table for a change and relief staff were trained to serve with more dignity. Jars are available, and large milk containers / gravy / sauces etc are not really acceptable.

Suggestions to Management or General Comment

Good knowledge of what is available. An improvement of late since a new village coordinator was appointed (3 since I came a year ago). Better communication with village manager on a personal level. Lack of staff availability at weekends. No staff at front office at weekends is non existent is a concern for visitors as phone is not answered. Covid and lockdowns have not always been clearly relayed and fire drill and emergency procedures need more training.
