New management gives hope of positive changes being implemented to fulfil promises advertised.

Cons

Competition to attract residents has revealed selection of less suitable choices in independent living eg. 90+ year old people expecting a care home response then stressed by financial & emotional outcomes

Suggestions to Management or General Comment

Families should be made fully aware that the facilities & care in an independent living village are totally different to a care home. It is too late & quite unfair to an unaware new resident, the neighbors & staff once the purchase/placement has been activated for an obviously unsuitable tenant. Is has been sad to see this happen.

We don't own it and pay $20 a day. We don't get any capital gain. No serviced apartments. No decent craft room.
