Audrey slept in her lazy boy for nearly 2 years as she found the mattresses so uncomfortable. Rules said must have a hospital bed. Why?. Her only falls were when none assisted her to the toilet. Being told to just wee in your night pad because nurse is busy. Knowing Audrey liked to be washed or showered at 7 am was too bad. So sitting in a night pad or having to change it herself and not being able to position it properly meant leaking everywhere. Not being attended to till 11 am.

Lack of facilities for villa residents. If a meal is required must be booked day before. Would be better if it could be booked by say 10am on the day required

Handy to town. Nice villa.

Cons

No dedicated room for village residents use. Hall is multi use for complex. Pay for maintaining items that other villages don't.

No one available to answer phone evenings/ weekends except nurses who are very busy. No trades people used weekends or public holidays.

Great activities organised, village residents look after each other and the home. Love the garden surrounds and the many outings we have to various places. Nice villas to live in and acceptance of me is overwhelming. I am the youngest here but am accepted by everyone. Many conversations in the courtyards and get together make for interesting days.

Great team of management who are always receptive of any positive comments and aim to fix things if they go wrong. I am always in awe of them as the management, especially Sonya and Sandra put up with a lot

None really. However, the grounds could do with a minor upgrade.
