Cons

not enough staff to do the grounds properly rely on us villagers by the gate to keep the place looking good for visitors.,Arvida stated to us the village was complete. and now are building 48 new villas down below. They are not enlarging or refurbishing our lounge and kitchen, or library, for the extra population, or building the promised pathway down to the village meaning residents will have to travel by car 2ks between the 2 villages. Parking up here is tight. new manager 2nd in 20 months

make sure people are informed fully before coming to village i.e. that they have to pay village electricity cant get their own provider(more expensive)that they provide continuum of care that people come to village for.

I think the staff have too much to do and maybe there should be more
