Library. Swimming pool. Activities ie: Mahjong, Bowls etc.

Cons

Interior furbish. Thin paint, off in places. Appliances made to look like new when they are not. Curtains rotted out in 3 years. Inferior carpet. Rust on flue of rangehood.

better quality of refurbish using carpet that will last, along with curtains. Being up front that the appliances aren't new.

Information on selling. No update on house prices or what values are.

Management is good but information is hard to get. After 17 years occupation I have no idea what house is worth. This covers the whole village.

Slope up to Village making it harder for wheelchair. Long wait for gardening help.

Age determines the ability of residents to take leading roles. Many are too old to take any sort of responsibility for planning the village activities.
