Clawton Masonic (Retirement) Village in Clawton, Taranaki has 20 x two bedroom villas - all with garages and the majority with internal access. Residents live independently with a number of residents in the 80-93 year age group. All villas are completely refurbished for new residents, from stripping wallpaper and plastering and painting the walls in a lovely natural colour, kitchens, bathrooms all updated. From Clawton Retirement Village you can see the boarder of bush where the Tuis, Bell Birds, & Native Pidgeons visit. Westown village and a doctors surgery are close by, and the city centre is just a few minutes by car.
