You brought your own home and had a modern well planned home quiet street and good quality communal amenities, with social activities provided of which many had no charge....Read more

You brought your own home and had a modern well planned home quiet street and good quality communal amenities, with social activities provided of which many had no charge.

Cons

Houses needed a delight garage as we were active 50s up and there was limited room for kayaks etc as Xtra rental storage was full incl cameraman boat park. Vegetable garden area was located a very long way from many houses in summer an awful walk.
