Cons

High turnover of staff/management. Inconsistent help from staff as decided by management. Facilities getting run down. Too many empty villas - future questionable.

Stop the game of thrones, firing the good staff. Invest in the complex. Listen to the tenants. Is it legal for Ultimate Care to pocket in any increase in pension?

never see our owners, difficult to get an answer from head office, its totally impersonal.
