Cons

Improvements such as heat pump and shower railings had ti be paid for by me. Part of the underfloor heating did not work so was useless.

Medical assistance minimal.

Suggestions to Management or General Comment

The manager is always helpful. Tries to answer queries immediately. Good maintenance. Gardens hard for 1 person. Iv'e been here 8 years now and feel quite at home - have made lots of new friends, as I'd never lived in this city before. I appreciate having a variety of activities to take part in (if I want) and yet the great joy of being by myself in my own cosy apartment. When I want peace and quietness.
