Pros

Woburn Masonic has been born out of a charitable trust and has a set of values which is at the core of it's operations. I hadn't accumulated much wealth but I managed to buy a low cost single apartment at Woburn Masonic. The design of the building is very light and airy. The beauty of the place is everything is under one roof . cheap, values

The management always listen to our concerns and swiftly act on them. My husband and I lived in a house on the side of a hill in Island Bay. We could drive up to the 2 car garage but getting down to my front garden was difficult. We had 3 lawns to mow - it just got too difficult for us. I was happy to sell to a young husband, wife and 2 children. It was a great home for a family.
