Development of site not yet complete Dust and noise associated with earth works and building Lack of certainty about location and purpose of future buildings No sign of promised care facilities

Pros

We wanted a lock up and leave while we discover NZ with no issues. The Anchorage provides this, when we drove back after 9mths away in the Sth Is, our Villa looked as though we'd just been for a morning walk. The gardens were groomed, our whole Villa exterior had been cleaned. Staff kept us informed continously what was happening, so we felt included.
