"Exceptional Care"

Pros

My husband was in the Kowhia Dementia Unit for 3 years . I found the management & staff to be friendly & approachable any time I needed support. The carers have an extremely difficult job & one that takes a special type of person. The atmosphere amongst the staff was always a happy one , lots of laughter, smiles, cuddles for the residents no matter what challenges or daunting tasks they might be having to manage. This was always consistent no matter what time I visited. Highly recommend.
