Pros

We are blessed with an excellent facility manager and a hard working team under her. The gardens are beautifully cared for and our villa maintenence needs are attended to n promptly. I reported a problem late on a Saturday afternoon and the Property Manager came from his home within an hour. I have lived here 17 years and cannot imagine a better place.

I have lived in a villa here ever since my retirement. I am on my own so having someone to call for repair and maintenance jobs that crop up is a great help. Management and staff are available and helpful. Our grouds are beautiful and we have a supermarket next door and a bus stop at the gate.

Windy and becomes drassy when wet. Could be considere quite steep for some.

A spacious villa. A good manager who has the best interests of residents at heart. Well kept grounds. A caring activities coordinator.

Cons

Not accepting new residents under the age of. 70. Thus all the residents whom one meets at functions like "Happy Hour" are all "old", so that the conversation tends to centre around "How are you today?"
