Summerset by the Ranges is a well-established, beautiful village situated to the south east of Levin in the heart of Horowhenua. Framed by the spectacular Tararua Ranges, the village is only a short drive to the Levin town centre. Even with its central location, the village maintains a semi-rural feel, being situated in quiet, relaxing, park-like grounds.

We currently only offer memory care in our specialist memory care centre as our main care centre is currently under refurbishment. However once reopen it will provide residents with access to rest home and hospital level care in the care centre.

At Summerset by the Ranges our range of indoor and outdoor facilities means you'll always have something to do, no matter what the weather. And, if you're keen to get involved, our on-site Activities Coordinator will make sure there's always a calendar of events and activities to keep you entertained.

Our in-house catering team provides recipes and menus devised by Ruth Pretty using wholesome, seasonal, fresh, locally grown produce.
