In November 2020, Summerset obtained approval of the resource consent by the Environment Court to build its fifth village in Wellington. This village is located in the highly sought-after location of Boulcott in the heart of Lower Hutt.
When complete, the village will be home to approximately 300 residents in a mix of villas, apartments, cottages and serviced apartments. There will also be a care centre providing a range of care options, plus our industry-leading memory care centre specifically designed to support those living with dementia.
