Maintenance of outer building and grounds i.e. - lawns. Alarms and heat pump servicing, fixtures repaired if needed....Read more

Maintenance of outer building and grounds i.e. - lawns. Alarms and heat pump servicing, fixtures repaired if needed.

Cons

Diminishing support! eg - transport assistance to those with walking frames and not driving any longer.

Suggestions to Management or General Comment

Transport discontinued to AGM meetings. There are now 6 non drivers, 4 without partners who drive. Shopping weekly reduced to 1.5 hours, used to be 3. Monthly trips gradually less time. Used to be 4 hours now usually 3 hours. Management stability - 5 in 6 years.
