Promisia Ranfurly Manor is a purpose-built retirement village and aged residential care facility opened in 2013.

We have 74 rest home or hospital-level care rooms available. In addition, we have a 25-bed centre for specialised dementia level care. This provides for residents who need to be cared for in a restricted / secure environment with specialist Dementia trained staff.

Rest home or hospital level care is also offered in any of our 53 residential care apartments. These rooms include a private lounge, en-suite, and kitchenette. Residents of these rooms enter into an Occupancy Rights Agreement (ORA), whereby you purchase the rights to live in that apartment. They are available as single or double bedroom apartments to suit married couples or partners, siblings or good friends.

All residents, whether in rest home/hospital rooms or a care apartment, pay a monthly residential care fee. This fee is reviewed on an annual basis by the Ministry of Health and any changes are effective from 1 July. This fee will be paid privately or via the super and government subsidy depending on a financial means assessment.

Ranfurly Manor Retirement Village offers a range of accommodation options including independent living units, assisted living apartments, and care suites in the heart of Feilding. The Village offers a wonderful lifestyle for seniors who want to enjoy their retirement in comfort and style. We also offer on-site rest home, hospital, and dementia healthcare services. This can provide peace of mind for seniors who may have a change in healthcare needs.

Residents in these units purchase an Occupancy Rights Agreement. There is a monthly corporate maintenance fee which includes your lawns, gardens, and any maintenance work. Rates and Building Insurance paid by Ranfurly Manor.
