1 would very much welcome a small care facility on site but most else is available and i feel well supported while still in my active years. on site care enables old friends to continue visiting as many can no longer drive and friends are super important as we get less able.

Cons

no care facility on site. there are some areas in the new building that are not suitable for the elderly. architects for such should talk with those less able...the elderly!!!

Ideal situation near many safe beaches and shopping options. Our villas and apartments are well planned,comfortable and convenient to live in. Lots of opportunities for sport and other activities, and friendly residents. Good meals and cafe available, outings, free bus to shops 2x weekly and much more. On city bus route with buses passing the entrance frequently.

A new manager with knowledge and experience in this field would be good. This manager was at another village who threw a party after he left to celebrate his leaving. He was VERY unpopular and has had residents here in tears
