Not able to meet their promised refurbishment of Community Centre yet.

Independent living. Understood we had to come in healthy and would move if we needed care

Cons

Now residents are coming into Ocean Shores with already established Dementia & neurological problems. It is turning into a 1/2 way home before a nursing home

To be honest when people coming in. We know we can all deteriorate as we are in the age we are in ,but don't want to come in already unhealthy.
