Location - close to town.

Cons

[I feel like there is] no help - any heavy lifting etc family must do it - what if you don't have family near you? We came to be cared for. Like a boarding school have a head mistress.

Employ someone then when a job needs doing - do it, can take "months" to get a job done. Difficult to deal with Selwyn Foundation. Feeling more hopeful about the future with the new manager.

A visit from management twice yearly. Would be nice to see if alls well.

Two years ago I had a real tragedy in my family. Would like to have seen Manager for comfort etc. Several days later the receptionist came over and offered sympathy
