Minimal extras - No pool or plan for it. Size of village not viable. No serviced apartments.

Good size villas. Hospital on site. Small community so neighbors all get to know each other.

Cons

Only one entrance so all service vehicles compete with residents, staff and visitors using the same road way. Villas very close to road so a lot of vehicular noise.

Suggestions to Management or General Comment

Give serious consideration to double glazing the road-side windows of the villas to cut down on vehicular noise.
